Note on accommodation

1. Corporate teams and attendees should send an email to the booking email after registering on the General Assembly website: 

2. Do not book a room through the General Assembly can not enjoy a preferential price. 

3. Online booking time: June 14, 2019-September 17, 2019.

4. Upon receipt of the reservation order, the reservation center will provide confirmation of reservation within 3 working days.

5. Because the hotel is limited and the housing is tight, please be sure to transfer all the room money to the designated account number within 3 working days, and send the remittance voucher to the booking mailbox in the form of e-mail. For participants who need to be adjusted after accommodation booking, please notify the contact person in writing before September 17,2019 ( To be determined ) in order to change the information of accommodation reservation and avoid causing economic loss. If the room is not paid for more than 3 working days, the reservation will be cancelled automatically, the room will not be guaranteed at the scene, and no further notice will be made. 

6. Delegates who use business card to pay for room please make sure to pay all room fee to General Assembly booking center within 3 working days after confirming the success of booking room, and apply for refund within 7 working days after settlement of all room payment on site. If the deposit is not paid for more than 3 working days, the reservation will be cancelled automatically, the room will not be guaranteed at the site, and no further notice will be made.

7. Cancellation of accommodation and refund of accommodation fee: 

After signing the agreement, Party B has reserved the hotel room in accordance with the requirements of Party A. after remittance, Party A will bring some financial loss to Party B if it wants to cancel the reservation. Therefore, all cancellations before 30 June 2019 ( To be determined ), the General Assembly does not charge a loss fee, but each payment will be charged (20 yuan / pen, no invoices), within 7 working days after the meeting to process a refund; No refund will be granted to those who cancel their rooms after June 30, 2019.

8. Accommodation invoice (VAT invoice once issued, can not be changed and refundable, please know the representatives.)

Note: please fill out the invoice information in the booking agreement, express delivery information, so that the invoice can be issued in time; the invoice of all previous remittance representatives will be issued uniformly after the meeting and express delivery; once the invoice is issued, no change will be made.
